Welcome to FlowWrite. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and U11 (“we”, “us”, “the Operator”) and govern your use of the FlowWrite desktop, mobile, and web applications (collectively, the “Service”). Please read them carefully. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.
You create an account by signing in with Google. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your Google credentials secure. Please tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your authorisation.
FlowWrite helps you write text in any application using AI assistance and voice dictation. The exact features available depend on your plan (Free, Pro, or Team). We may change, add, or remove features at our discretion, and we may impose, change, or remove usage limits with reasonable notice.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
You may cancel a paid subscription at any time from inside the app. Cancellation stops future billing; you keep access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Except where required by applicable consumer-protection law, fees already paid are non-refundable. If you believe you have been billed in error, please contact flowwrite@u11.ca and we will look into it.
You retain all rights to the text and audio you input to the Service and to the text the Service generates for you (your “Content”). We claim no ownership of your Content.
You grant us a limited licence to process your Content solely to operate the Service for you — for example, to forward your prompt to the AI provider you have selected and return its response to you.
FlowWrite does not provide legal, medical, financial, or professional advice. Do not use the Service as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.
The Service, its name, branding, and underlying software are owned by U11 and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
The Service relies on third-party services (Google, Anthropic, OpenAI, DeepSeek, Stripe, hosting providers). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers.
Our handling of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator, its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill — arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total cumulative liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Operator and its affiliates from any claim or demand — including reasonable legal fees — made by a third party arising out of your use of the Service, your Content, or your violation of these Terms.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and intellectual-property provisions) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be highlighted with notice inside the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the courts of Ontario, Canada, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your place of residence provides otherwise.
